On the 21st of December, 2012 “REP Holding” signed an agreement with GE Oil&Gas to establish a joint venture “Ladoga-Service” Co.Ltd. for servicing of the gas turbines. The venture’s purpose is to provide the gas transfer companies with the spare parts, to ensure full maintenance, warranty and post-warranty repair, and engineering support of operation of GPU-32 fleet, as well as to do servicing of other types of oil and gas and power-generating equipment.
The joint venture offers such services as maintenance, major repair, inspection, technical support, commissioning services, as well as, similarly, technical and commercial support of the gas turbine MS5002E fleet on the RF territory.
