REP Holding manufactured and supplied three electric-drive gas pumping unite (EGPU) with the capacity 10MW for booster compressor station of Ety-Purovskoye gas field, which is one of the largest gas field of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. Units are intended for natural gas compression and its further transportation through the gathering gas-pipeline to the Complex Gas Treatment Unit of Vingayakhinskoye gas pipeline. Equipment was manufactured within the frames of the contract with “Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk”, LLC.

Electric-drive gas pumping units of new generation are the direct-drive units with the magnetic bearing, dry gas sealing and variable frequency electric drive. The units design and automatic control system provide the possibility of remote control of the compressor station equipment from the main control panel of Vingayakhinskoye gas pipeline BCS (booster compressor station).

The set of EGPU includes the packaged modular buildings of frequency converter and supply control. The packaged modular building for EGPU is the functionally finished structures with the heating, ventilation and conditioning systems of main, outside and emergency lighting and supply to the site in the condition “ready for start-up”. The building structure provides the minimum scope of the mounting and commissioning and start-up operation on the operational site.
