REP Holding has concluded a contract with Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk for the supply of 3 electrically driven gas pumping units (EGPA) with a capacity of 10 MW for the booster compressor station of the Ety-Purovsky gas field, one of the largest fields in the Ural region.

The units intended for compression of natural gas and its further transportation through the main gas pipeline will be manufactured at the Nevsky Plant, the production site of REP Holding. Delivery of the equipment is planned in 3 quarter, 2019.

The electrically driven GPU of new generation are gearless oil-free units using magnet bearings, dry gas dynamic seals and a variable-frequency electric drive. The design of the units provides the possibility to remotely control the equipment of the compression station, allowing to reduce the power consumption.

Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk is one of the main gas production facilities of PJSC Gazprom. The Yety-Purovskoye gas field was discovered in 1971, and is located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. Its gas-bearing area is 225 square kilometres, proven gas reserves - 299.5 billion cubic metres.
