PJSC “Acron” and JSC “REP Holding” concluded the strategic partnership agreement within the framework of the Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn”. Within the frames of partnership, the cooperation development of the innovative projects is planned.
From the side of “Acron”, the document was signed by the President of the company, Mr. Vladimir Kunitsky, from the side of “REP Holding”, by the President of the company, Mr. Tagir Nigmatulin.
The agreement foresees the development of strategic cooperation between the companies within the frames of different areas, including the assessment of the possibility of using import substitution technological solutions of JSC “REP Holding” at the production sites of PJSC “Acron”. The companies also agreed the joint development of the priority innovative projects and create the conditions for the new products implementation.
“The strategic partnership agreement was signed between our companies creates a platform for the further development of mutually beneficial relations between PJSC “Acron” and JSC “REP Holding”, said Mr. Vladimir Kunitsky, the President of PJSC “Acron”. In particular, during next three years we are planning to work together on the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of turbine units for the production of nitric acid at our Novgorod enterprise. This scope of work allows to increase the volume and improve the quality of the product”.
“PJSC Acron is an innovatively oriented company, which is actively expanded and reequipped the existing production facilities,” said Mr. Tagir Nigmatulin, the President of REP Holding. - We are confident that this agreement will be the solid basis for our joint projects and transactions. In prospective, during the nearest 10 years, we are planning to manufacture and ship to Acron 8 turbine units, manufactured by our company. ”
