JSC REP Holding and the educational institution “Republican Institute of Vocational education and Training (the Republic of Belarus) signed the Cooperation Agreement.

The aim of the agreement is the interaction on the field of vocational training, retraining, advanced training and additional education of personnel, which is focused on the growth of professional skills and the obtaining of new professions.

During the cooperation, it is planned to participate in the development and implementation of the flexible educational programs for additional education in professionals which are much-needed at REP Holding.
Also within the frames of the partnership, it is planned to carry out cooperative functional analysis of workplaces in high-tech areas of the enterprises within the holding company, with next improvement of the existing or the development of new educational programs for the training of workers and specialists.

This document was signed during the visit of representatives of the educational institution to the Nevsky Plant, within the frames of the visit they met with specialists of the enterprise and employment office of the Nevsky district, got acquainted with the production organization.

Earlier in September representatives of REP Holding visited the Republican Institute of Vocational education and Training in Minsk, where they were presented the training system and the production base of the “College of Modern Technologies in machine manufacturing and Service”.

"Our Belarusian colleagues," - says Elena Volodina, the Chief specialist of REP Holding personnel development department, "They were interested in the program of proactive training, in which the enterprises within the holding company have been participating for several years together with the employment office of the Nevsky district. Next year we are planning to cooperate within the frames of this program on course of mechatronics. We are also interested in training within the frames of the program "Computer controlled machine Operator " on the base of the college. The program can be built in a combined way: with remote teaching of the theory, the practical training on the base of college and work experience internship."

The parties also agreed about cooperative conduction of the activities that increase the professional skills of the Holdings’ employees, to exchange experience and information of modern systems of continuing professional education issues.
