In order to develop a long-term, effective and mutually beneficial partnership JSC «REP Holding» and JSC «Uzneftegazmash» have signed a memorandum on cooperation. The document was signed by Tagir Nigmatulin, President of JSC «REP Holding» and Iskandar Umarov, General Director of JSC «Uzneftegazmash».
Working in association will be directed to cooperation in the field of development of production of gas turbine equipment at the manufacturing facilities of JSC «Uzneftegazmash» for the needs of enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The agreement also implies the joint development of priority innovative projects and the creation of conditions for introduction of new technologies and products.
This document is the next stage in strengthening the partnership of companies and a new step in the project of creating a joint venture in the territory of Uzbekistan.
Within the framework of the strategic partnership of the companies, it is planned to support the republic's industrial enterprises in the area of integrated service maintenance and technical-engineering support of the equipment in operation, manufacture of separate components for gas pumping, turbocompressor and electrically-powered equipment, as well as organization of works on the compressor equipment modernization.
At the moment «REP Holding» delivers electrically-powered equipment to the Uzbekistan market within the frame of large-scale projects for the oil and gas fields infrastructure development in the South of the Republic - Adamtash, Gumbulak, Dzharkuduk-Yangi Kizilcha and others.
The history of presence on the Uzbekistan market is about 70 years, the first supplies to this region date back to the 1950s. At different times over 200 units of gas turbine and compressor equipment manufactured by Nevsky Plant were installed at the oil-gas and chemical industries of Uzbekistan. Back to the news
