REP Holding Specialists have Conducted Training of Amur GPP Personnel

REP Holding, together with the Training Center for Gazprom Energoholding Group personnel training in power industry, organized training of the Amur Gas Processing Plant (Amur GPP) personnel under additional professional development programs "Special aspects of commissioning and start-up work on GPA-32 “Ladoga" and “Special aspects of GPA-32 “Ladoga" operation”.

The training was carried out on the territory of the Amur GPP in the city of Svobodny. A total of 30 people were trained under the program.

The participants were provided with information about the assemblies and mechanisms of the auxiliary systems of the gas-pumping unit, taking into account the design features of the GPA-32 “Ladoga” used at the Amur GPP, the principle of their operation, the methods of maintenance during operation of the equipment. The main task of the training was acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for commissioning and start-up and operation of equipment.

Specialists of REP Holding took part in the training as teachers: Vsevolod Urmanov (Lead Designer of the Process Systems Department), Maxim Fafinov (Head of the Design Department for Petrochemical Compressors and LNG), Vladimir Khramushin (Head of the GPU and GTU sector), Anna Ivanova (Lead Engineer of the Estimate and Contract Department), Alexander Nekrasov (Chief Specialist of the Electrical Engineering and Automation Department).

Dmitry Lebedev (Head of the Gas Turbine Design Department) joined the training session online from St. Petersburg to answer additional questions on the topics of the unit design.

General support for the project implementation was provided by Konstantin Kutergin (Deputy Head of JSC “REPH” Service Department).

"This is a new experience for us," said Anastasia Oreliovich, Deputy Head of REP Holding Human Resources Department, "Theoretical training and practical studies were held in an on-site format on the construction site. The project was implemented in a short time in the conditions of strict restrictive measures related to COVID-19. The adapted programs were agreed upon with all parties to the process - CPECC, NIPIGAZ, Gazprom pererabotka Blagoveshchensk.

The organized training made it possible to perform high-quality theoretical and practical training at the methane fraction booster compressor station of the Amur GPP, on gas-pumping units GPA-32 “Ladoga” and simulation training of the Customer's personnel.

After passing successfully the final assessment, the participants of the program were given certificates of upgrade training.

Based on the result of the training the management of Gazprom pererabotka Blagoveshchensk highlighted the high level of training organization, professionalism of the lecturers and high quality of the teaching materials, which made it possible to study in detail the issues of commissioning and start-up work and operation of the units. It was also stressed that the use of the knowledge base and professional competencies achieved in the training process will make it possible to effectively solve production issues.


Also, within the framework of the project, the employees of LLC “Gazprom Invest” are currently being trained under the program "Special features of GPA-32 “Ladoga” installation". Classes are conducted in St. Petersburg on the site of PJSC “TGK-1”. Further work is underway to develop training under additional professional development programs. The next session of training programs is planned for September 2021.
