“REP Holding” has shipped 15 sets of centrifugal compressors under the contract with PJSC NPO “Iskra”.

Centrifugal compressors ЦБК255-2,2/41-9000/10, ЦБК 255-3,0/30-9000/10 and ЦБК255-2,2/76-9000/10 are designed for GPUs with ПС-90ГП-3 gas turbine drive rated at 10 MW which are part of the compressor station of the Valanzhinsky deposit of Urengoy and Yen-Yakhin fields, “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy”, LLC.

The purpose of the centrifugal compressors development was to ensure the required parameters of the well stock operation, planned levels of gas and gas condensate production, as well as to maintain pressure of the produced gas at the optimal level for implementation of the low-temperature separation process.

The equipment manufactured at Nevskiy Zavod plant will become part of the 10 MW Ural gas-pumping units, 9 of which will be installed at the Urengoy field and 6 at the Yen-Yakhin field.

The Urengoy field is located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District of Russia. In terms of hydrocarbon reserves, it is classified as a super-giant. There are all kinds of raw hydrocarbons: gas, oil, gas condensate which occur at a depth of a thousand to four and a half thousand meters.

The Yen-Yahin field is an oil and gas condensate section located in the north of the Purovsky district of the Tyumen region YNAO. It is part of the Urengoy field.
