Supervision of installation and commissioning of five sets of replaceable flow parts for the compressor equipment at the Bovanenkovskoye oil and gas condensate field has been completed.

Replaceable flow parts 488СПЧ-16/120-1,7-C are intended to replace RFP which are a part of gas-pumping units of the ГТН-16Р-ПС-11 type with the -488-21-1ЛСУ compressor , in accordance with changes in the field's production modes.

Installed replaceable flow parts are equipped with a system of "dry" gas-dynamic seals. High-tech elements ensure high reliability of the flow part and allow increasing the polytropic efficiency of the unit.

The equipment was manufactured at the Nevsky plant under a contract with the Nadym branch of Gazprom invest LLC. The units successfully passed 72-hour tests and were put into commercial operation.

The Bovanenkovo oil and gas condensate field is the largest on the Yamal Peninsula in terms of explored gas reserves. The development of the Bovanenkovo OGCF is being carried out by Gazprom Dobycha Nadym LLC. Earlier, in 2019, 10 similar replaceable flow parts manufactured by REP Holding were put in operation. The works were carried out under technical supervision of REP Holding service department specialists as a part of the technical re-equipment for the 2nd stage of Gas Facility-1 booster compressor station.
