Specialists of REP Holding held field classes for foreign students of SPbPU.

Within the framework of the International Polytechnic Summer School of SPbPU REP Holding held the educational course for the international audience. Field classes under the direction of “Turbomachine Engineering” and “Oil and Gas Technologies in the Fuel Industry” were held at the Nevskiy Plant. More than 70 foreign students from China, Germany, Italy, Poland, Norway, Greece and Kazakhstan visited the manufacturing site.

The course program included the information about the activities and products of the Holding enterprises, the lecture about the innovative developments for the energy sector and the tour around the production area of the Nevskiy Plant. In the lecture section, Mr. Petr Ozhiganov, the chief recruitment specialist and adaptation of personnel, and Mr. Nickolay Platonov, the design engineer of the 1st category, tell the audience about the features of design solutions, applied to the production of equipment.

Mr. Mikhail Baryshev, the deputy head of rotary production, and Mr. Alexey Shilinskiy, the head of the packaged production, held the information tours for students of the International Polytechnic Summer School.

“This year, we continue the partnership with SPbPU within the framework of the “International Polytechnic School” said Ms. Anastasia Oreliovich, the deputy Director for Personnel in the direction of “recruitment and adaptation of personnel”. – Except that, we take on a number of the educational projects together with educational institutions of Saint Petersburg, organize tours around the production area, practical training session and probation period with the possibility of employment.

The "International Polytechnic School of Energy" of the Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University is the educational project that holds twice a year for international students. This year it was dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the University. Mr. Andrei Rudsky, the Member of Russian Academy of Science, Rector of the Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University said that in 2019, about 1,000 students from more than 60 countries of the world had become students of the International Polytechnic Summer School.
