REP Holding took part in the 22nd International exhibition "Global Oil & Gas Uzbekistan 2018", which was held in Tashkent from 16 to 18 may on the territory of the exhibition complex "Uzexpocentre". This year the exhibition was attended by more than 200 exhibitors from 23 countries.

The organizer of a large-scale industry event was JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" in cooperation with the international exhibition company Iteca Exhibitions (ITE Uzbekistan). The exhibition was held under the patronage of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

REP Holding as part of the exhibition of the Russian Export center presented at its stand high-tech gas pumping and electrical equipment, as well as promising developments for the oil and gas industry and optimal solutions for the smooth operation of power systems.

The Central place in the REP Holding’s exposition was given to Russia's first centrifugal compressor of the refrigeration cycle K-905-71-1C, designed and manufactured at the enterprises of REP Holding within the construction of a complex for the production, storage and shipment of liquefied natural gas. Integrally-machined axial – radial impellers with 3D blades, which were also presented on the stand, are applied in compressors as high-tech elements of the flow part.

Within the framework of the event, a number of B2B meetings with the heads of leading industrial enterprises of Uzbekistan, such as JSC "Uzbekneftegaz", JSC "Uztransgaz", JSC "Uzneftegazmash", JSC "Plant Uzbekhimmash" mubarekneftegaz", up SOFTWARE" Tashteploenergo", JSC" national energy saving company", Enter Engineering," International Engineering Center Central Asia "and others took place.

Within the framework of OGU 2018, the traditional international conference "Oil and gas of Uzbekistan" was held. The central event of the business program this year was the issue of integration into the world economy as one of the main trends in the development of the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan ranks 3rd in the CIS and 8th in the world in natural gas production. In five oil and gas regions of Uzbekistan, 250 hydrocarbon deposits have been discovered. According to the "Concept of development of oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan for the period up to 2030" it is expected to increase oil reserves in the amount of 132.4 million tons.

The history of the presence of the enterprises of REP Holding in the market of Uzbekistan dates back to 1950. To date, more than 270 units of gas turbine and compressor equipment have been supplied to industrial facilities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
