REP Holding took part in the 25th anniversary International exhibition and conference "Caspian oil and gas-2018". The Central event of the oil and gas industry of Azerbaijan was held from may 29 to June 1 at the Baku Expo Center. The event was held with the support of the Ministry of energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the state oil company SOCAR. It was attended by 312 companies from 38 countries.

REP Holding has presented its competences in the field of design, manufacture, and service of compressor and gas turbine equipment, as well as implementation of turnkey projects for power and oil and gas industry within the United Russian exposition "Made in Russia" organized by the state Institute for promotion of non-primary exports of JSC "Russian export center" (REC).

On the first day of the exhibition, a government delegation headed by the President of the Republic Ilham Aliyev visited the stands of the companies, who noted the high level of the exhibition, as well as the great potential of the Russian equipment for the Azerbaijani market.

At the stand REP Holding represented a sample of a gas turbine power plant based on a gas turbine with a capacity of 32 MW, used in power generation projects, as well as the first in Russia centrifugal compressor of the refrigeration cycle K-905-71-1C, designed and manufactured at the enterprises of the Holding as part of the construction of a complex for the production, storage and shipment of liquefied natural gas.

REP Holding representatives also took part in the main event of the business program of the exhibition - an international conference on the development of oil and gas resources of the Caspian sea, which this year brought together more than 49 speakers and about 500 delegates.

The conference raised issues of global and economic prospects and new impulses in the oil and gas industry of Azerbaijan. In addition, the experts discussed the strategies and best practices of the market to reduce costs and increase oil production, financing and efficiency of investments in oil and gas projects, as well as a number of other relevant topics.

In the framework of the exhibition the delegation of the REP Holding headed by the Vice-President for sales Maxim Kaitanov held a series of negotiations with Socar, Socar Polymer, Georgian Oil and Gas Co., Allied Group, Tenaris, WEIR Oil and Gas, Nobel Oil, Azfen JV, Shelfgastechnology, Spektor, Intratool, Caspian European Club, Sibur etc. on the subject of collaboration and complex supply of equipment for projects in oil, gas and energy sector of Azerbaijan.
