REP Holding has shipped a complete transformer substation for the construction of the Ust-Tegusskoye oil field under the agreement with RN-Uvatneftegaz.

The equipment is manufactured at the production site of REP Holding – ELECTROPULT plant. For the enterprise it is the first complex delivery "turnkey" of stationary transformer substation.

Complete transformer substation of block type modular integrated transformer substation-35/6-2х16000-II-2-HL1 is produced with the exploitation in severe climatic conditions of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous district, where the temperature ranges from -53° C in winter and up to + 35° C in summer.

Open distribution device 35 kV, as a part of KTP is made on the basis of units of series BT-EP-35, complete distributing device 6 kV – on the basis of cells K-204 EP, and K-205 EP.

The equipment is designed for receiving, converting and distributing electric energy at the facility. Voltage conversion is carried out by two power transformers with a capacity of 16MVA each. To implement the functions of control and protection of power equipment, the substation is equipped with relay protection cabinets of own production. The equipment will be put into operation by the end of 2018.

This is not the first delivery for RN-Uvatneftegaz. Earlier, in September last year, REP holding supplied a complete transformer substation BM 2КТП-P-1600/35/0,4-HL1 furnishing Kosuhinskoye field.
