Idris Gatin, an electrical network installer of the Electropult plant, became the winner of the «Expert of the Year» in the nomination «Industry Field Expert».

Six more representatives of the REP Holding were included in the shortlist of nominees: Andrey Ushakov (Project Manager of the Technological Development Department of JSC «REP Holding»), Olga Zorkina (Head of GPU Design Department JSC «REP Holding») Andrey Morkovin (Leading Engineer of the Block-Modular Structures Department JSC «Plant Electropult»), Vyacheslav Konstantinov (Head of the Block-Modular Structures Department JSC «Plant Electropult»), Ruslan Gatin (Chief Dispatcher JSC «Plant Electropult») and Aleksander Barskov (Leading Process-Engineer JSC «Plant Electropult»).

«This is a kind of record, - says PR Director Maria Vasyanina, - for the whole history of our participation in the award the number of nominees included the maximum number of employees from the REP Holding’s companies. Such a high expert appraisal of our specialists’ work makes us happy».

The official ceremony of annual award «Expert of the Year» was held on April, 9 at the Vvedensky Hotel. Traditionally the business analytical magazine «North-West Expert» organized of the award. Its main goal is to discover new names in the most relevant spheres of public life in the region. Winners in 17 nominations from more than 200 applicants were determined by the Expert Council which included representatives of government and business, scientists and cultural figures, headed by the President of the World Club of Peterburgers the General Director of the State Hermitage, Mikhail Piatrovsky.

The award winner in the nomination «Industry Field Expert» Idris Gatin has been working for more than ten years at the Plant Electropult. During this time he proved himself as a high-level specialist. Idris Gatin regularly offers cutting-edge solutions, implements his own developments to improve the workflow and to increase labor efficiency, actively participates in the mentoring program, passing on his accumulated knowledge and experience to young colleagues. In 2017 Idris Gatin took active part in the manufacture of equipment for strategically important facilities in the power generation industry, carried out the installation of equipment of advanced complexity in a short period of time. Over the past year he manufactured more than ten individual models of non-typical products for installation of the automatic control systems for customers’ facilities.

The REP Holding’s representatives have become winners of the award "Expert of the Year" in various nominations since 2012. The second year in a row among the nominees - representatives of the family dynasty: the competitors of the "Expert of the Year-2017" Idris and Ruslan Gatiny, both employees of the plant "Electropult".
