Close Co. “REPH” Opens its Doors for Vocational Educational Institutions of St. Petersburg.

On September 25, 2008, on the “Nevskiy zavod” site Close Co. “REPH” held the Open Day for directors of vocational educational institutions of St. Petersburg.

Within the frames of the adopted development strategy of the Holding enterprises and the scheduled production program an open meeting of the company management and the management of high special schools was arranged on the “Nevskiy zavod” site. All in all, the directors of fourteen vocational educational institutions were present at the meeting.

The main events of this meeting were: an excursion around the enterprise, demonstration of the new production potentialities of the Close Co. “REPH” enterprises and a round table the subject of which was “Possible Employment of the Vocational Educational Institutions Graduates at the Holding Enterprises”.

The guests noted the striking scale of reconstruction. According to the participants of the meeting “ the production premises, equipment, service rooms, – everything has been accomplished at a high world level”.

”It is too early to speak about the results of the meeting for the time being”, Evgeniy Bezzubtsev, Director General of CC “NZL” said, “The result will be actual employment of the graduates of these schools. But the main thing is that initiated has been close and mutually beneficial cooperation; all the necessary working conditions have been provided at the enterprise: advanced machine tools, new technologies, repaired have been production and service rooms, built have been shower rooms, sauna, sports stadium, repaired has been the camp for children”.


From 2007 to 2008 a full-scale reconstruction has been carried out at CC “NZL” site: more than 15000 sq. m of production premises have been built, more than 30000 sq. m have been repaired, purchased have been 33 units of machine tools of from famous world producers (Mori Seiko, Tos Warnsdof, Okuma et al.), a larger part of the machine tools stock has been modernized and reconstructed.
