The Quality Management Department has been set up to provide clear understanding and implementation of the Policy and Objectives in the field of quality declared by President of Close Co. “REPH" at all the enterprises of the Holding Company. The Quality Management Department is headed by Director - Representative of senior management on quality.
The Quality Management Department performs and expands its activities on the quality management, assurance and control to all the enterprises incorporated into the Holding Company.
The general line of its activities is creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of conditions that assure high quality of the products and services to satisfy the consumer and society as a whole.
The world experience shows that in the modern market economy the main factors of competitiveness of products are high quality and reliability, which is achieved through effective management of the product life cycle processes.. The enterprises of the Holding Company implement this through the certified quality management system (QMS).
The Management Company (CJSC “REPH") QMS has been developed and implemented under supervision of the Quality Management Department and complies with all the requirements of international and Russian standards. The QMS applies to all the enterprises incorporated into the Holding Company and determines the interaction among them.
The compliance of the CJSC “REPH" QMS with the requirements of international and Russian standards related to quality is confirmed by certificates issued by the major, most authoritative and independent certification bodies: International Certification Network IQNet, OOO "Test-St.-Petersburg" and Association "PETROSERT", and this is for first time in the Russian practice of QMS certification.
The certified quality management system is a convincing confirmation of the reliability of CJSC "REPH" as a business partner.

Besides implementation and maintenance of the quality management system, in 2008 the environmental management system was developed and has been successfully implemented at the Holding Company enterprises.
The goal of "REP Holding" is to reduce the negative impact on the environment.
To achieve this goal the following should be done:
To act in accordance with the requirements of the environmental legislation.
Harmonious exploitation of natural resources in the enterprises operation.
Continuous improvement the environment and prevention of its pollution.
To inform about the state of the environment.
