GTU - 32 «Ladoga»
GTU-32 "Ladoga" is a technologically advanced product in terms of production capacity and technology. This unit is made as a stationary machine of 32 MW Class, created on the basis of the licensed Italian turbine – the new generation machine MS5002E designed for any operating conditions, with high efficiency (36%) and low emissions (NOx = 18 ppm), long service life, good maintainability.
The first 3 gas pumping units "Ladoga" will be delivered in the 4th quarter of 2009 to the compressor stations “Vavozhskaya" and "Gryazovets" (OAO “Gazprom”) within the frames of these stations reconstruction.
Next 16 machines are intended for installation at the compressor stations of the gas trunk line under construction "Bovanenkovo - Ukhta: CS-6 "Intinskaya", CS-7" Syninskaya ", CS-8" Chikshinskaya ", CS-9 "Maloperanskaya. 12 units will be delivered in the 3rd – 4th quarter of 2010, and the remaining 4 units - in the 1st I quarter of 2011
On the basis of the new turbine CJSC “REPH” offers package solutions for:
- Compressor stations (CS) for gas trunk lines;
- Combined heat and power plants, central combined heat and power plants (consisting of combined-cycle plants);
- Shipbuilding (Main propulsion plants for ships);
- Combined-cycle power plant.

Comprehensive Modernization of Gas Pumping Compressor Stations.
Project: CS «Smolensk»
REP Holding has developed the project of comprehensive modernization of the “Smolenskaya” compressor station (CS) (gas pipeline "Yamal-Europe"). The project provides for replacement of 10 existing units by 5 units of new generation, replacement of all service lines, monitoring and control systems. In 2008 implemented was the first phase: demolition of two old units and installation of an electrically-driven gas-pumping unit (EGPA) designed and manufactured by CJSC "REPH".
Modern EGPA is a sophisticated unit combining the latest engineering development and advanced manufacturing and technological capabilities.
CS «Smolenskaya», gas trunk line «Yamal-Europe»
The delivered unit consisted of:
- High-speed induction motor of HSHV type with the rotor magnetic bearing.
- Centrifugal compressor 208-21-2ENI with magnetic bearing (under the license of «S2M»).
- Frequency converters with liquid cooling (under the license of «Converteam»).
- Automatic Control System ACS EGPA ELESKU-6000-01.
- Fire – fighting system
- Instrumentation

Project: CS «Ukhtinskaya»
In 2007 was adopted the project for modernization of CS "Ukhtinskaya" (Co Ltd. “Gazprom transgaz Ukhta") developed by CJSC “REPH" which provided, without replacing the foundation of the GTK-10, for installation of a new, more powerful and modern machine to compress supply gas into the gas trunk line.
The following equipment was installed at CS "Ukhtinskaya" :
- GTNR-16gas turbine;
- natural gas compressor of new generation;
- filter house;
- oil supply system;
- automatic control system;
- instrumentation;

| In 2008 CJSC «REPH» acquired a license from the American company General Electric to produce gas turbine MS5002E, 32 MW, of a new generation, which will replace the outdated equipment at Gazprom facilities in the nearest future. |

Gas air – coolers are designed for cooling natural gas at compressor stations of gas trunk lines.

CJSC ”REPH” has started implementation of the package supply of gas air-coolers: designed and manufactured has been valve electric drive AI-40 rated at 40 kW for gas air-cooler.

In 2008 completed was a large project for the introduction of frequency regulation systems for electric motors at the enterprises belonging to the JSC SIBUR Holding ": JSC "Voronezhsintezkauchuk", JSC "Novokuybyshevskaya Petrochemical Company”, LLC "Togliattikauchuk.
The following work has been included into the package supply:
- development of the automation project;
- development of the frequency converter control system;
- construction and erection and pre-commissioning work;
and the following equipment:
- frequency converter Perfect Harmony (Robicon);

Project: Kudankulam NPP (India)
In 2007 manufactured was a full-scale training simulator for power units of the Nuclear Power Plant intended for professional training of the operational staff of the block control panel (BCP) and the reserve control panel (RCP), using a full-scale model of the real BCP and RCP and the integrated unifying all-duty model operating in real time.
