JSC “REP Holding” and PJSC “Rosseti” have Signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement

REP Holding has signed an agreement on long-term cooperation with the biggest operator of electric networks in Russia - PJSC “Rosseti”. The document was signed in the framework of the XXI St.- Petersburg International Economic Forum with participation of the companies CEOs - REP Holding President Tagir Nigmatulin and General Director of PJSC “Rosseti” Oleg Budargin. 

The main objective of the agreement is to establish relations of mutually beneficial strategic partnership in the development and production of modern power and electrical equipment. The collaboration involves creation of new samples of products for the needs of the Rosseti facilities, including innovative equipment designed for Smart Grid projects and small-scale power generation in the integrated power grid of Russia.

The agreement also involves arrangement of joint technical conferences and events dedicated to the product quality improvement. In addition, REP Holding is expected to participate in identifying challenging subjects and joint research and development for implementation of the programs for import substitution and production localization of components and hardware elements of the power and electrical equipment for the integrated power grid.

"Signing the agreement on long-term cooperation with PJSC “Rosseti" is an important step for REP Holding which can further stimulate the development of import substitution at the production site of the company – Electropult Plant , as well as intensify the activities in the innovative development and production of competitive Russian goods," assessed the agreement REP Holding President Tagir Nigmatulin. 

"Pursuing the State policy on import substitution, Rosseti create conditions for upgrading and further development of the industrial complex of Russia. This agreement will ensure loading of domestic enterprises with orders within the frames of advanced projects," stressed General Director of PJSC “Rosseti” Oleg Budargin.
