Management System Compliance Audit took place in «REP Holding»

At the end of March JSC «REP Holding» and its plants were subjected to the Integrated Management System witness audit for compliance with the requirements of Russian and International Standards for Quality Management System (GOST ISO 9001-2011), Enviromental Management System (GOST R ISO 14001-2007), and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (GOST R 54934-2012/18001-2007).

The audit was carried out by the experts of Certification Authority LLC «Test-S.-Petersburg» under supervision of the representative of ACCREDIA (Italy, Milan) which is a part of IAF — International Accreditation Forum and conformance assessment authorities in different areas, including management system, production, service and personnel. The preparatory activities and audit organization were managed by the Quality Control Department of JSC «REPH».

The audit procedure included the surveillance over processes at workplaces, interviews with management team and personnel, as well as the analysis of documentation and records to confirm the compliance with all standards requirements. In the course of audit the committee checked the tasks performance quality in the area of quality control and environment protection, assessed the production control organization giving the most attention to health and safety matters, in particular to the development of operational risks management system being the key element of the Safety Management System.

After considering the audit results no nonconformities were found out. All the departments subjected to inspection demonstrated compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001 and of Russian Labor and Environmental Laws. The certificates validity was confirmed by the favorable decision of the Committee.

The auditors pointed out the high level of personnel involvement in the work of integrated management system at the Holding’s facilities that is a critically important factor for its efficient functioning and for the company work in whole.
