REP Holding will Supply Gas-Pumping Units for the “Power of Siberia” Gas Main Pipeline Facilities
REP Holding has signed a contract with PJSC “Gazprom” for manufacture and supply of gas-pumping units GPA-32 "Ladoga" for the facilities of the “Power of Siberia” gas main pipeline that are under construction.
The manufacture of the first three units has already been launched at the enterprises of REP Holding. Supply of gas-compressor equipment is planned for Quarter 1, 2017. The GPA will be installed at the compressor station CS 7-A “Zeiskaya” located on the pipeline section bordering on China: Belogorsk-Blagoveschensk. A total of six GPA-32 "Ladoga" units will operate within this compressor station.
GPA-32 "Ladoga" is extensively used for the reconstruction and new construction projects in gas industry. By now, the Holding enterprises have produced 53 units, 45 of them have been already shipped to PJSC “Gazprom” facilities. 23 GPA have already been commissioned. Among the sites where these units have been supplied are compressor stations of the Bovanenkovo- Ukhta gas trunk line, CS “Russkaya”, CS "Novy Port” etc.
“Gazprom company is a strategic partner for the Holding. Participation in the "Power of Siberia” project opens new opportunities for us to increase supply of up-to-date, highly efficient and reliable equipment for the development of the Far East region. Within the framework of this gas pipeline construction REP Holding has already manufactured four centrifugal compressors for Chayandinskoye NGKM, using innovative technologies”, Vice President of REP Holding Sergei Nikishchenkov said.
“Power of Siberia” is a gas main pipeline under construction to supply gas from Yakutsk and Irkutsk gas production centers to the Russian consumers in the Far East and for export to China ("Eastern” route). The pipeline will pass through the territory of three constituent units of Russia: Irkutsk Region, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Amur Region. In the long term it can be connected with the gas transportation system “Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok”. The length of "Power of Siberia" is about 3000 km (from the Kovykta field in Irkutsk Region to the Chayandinskoye field in Yakutia - about 800 km, from the Chayandinskoye field to Blagoveshchensk - about 2200 km).
Joint-Stock Company "REP Holding" manufactures gas-pumping unit "Ladoga-32" that features high for Russian industrial-type units efficiency (36%), low emissions and long operational life. GPA-32 "Ladoga" is manufactured and assembled at the production facilities of Nevskiy Zavod in St. Petersburg under license and in cooperation with GE Oil & Gas.Back to the news
