“REP Holding” – participant of the federal target program “development of civil marine equipment”

“REP Holding” is a participant of the project on carrying out works in the line of “Electric propulsion” under the federal target program “Development of civil marine equipment” for 2009-2016 years. The program is established by the RF governmental regulation №103 from 21 of February 2008.

The purpose of the program is to develop native scientific and technical potential, design potential and to provide facilities for competitive civil marine equipment output.

In February 2010 in the federal state unitary enterprise “CNII SET” took place scientific and technical council meeting, during which the results of the first year of work in the line of R&D “Electric propulsion” were discussed. Leading specialists and representatives of the branch took part in scientific and technical council meeting. General Director of the CJSC “Shipping electric propulsion” Andrey Grigoriev made a presentation on the subject “REP Holding – native producer of advanced shipping electric propulsion systems”.

It was mentioned in the report, that nowadays “REP Holding” is the only one native producer, which technological and manufacturing base allows producing shipping electric equipment in lots.

“REP Holding” is ready to provide packaged supply of shipping electric propulsion systems. Scope of supply includes semiconductor frequency converters, propeller motors, power transformers, main distribution boards, secondary distribution boards, propulsive system and shipping technical means control system.

“REP Holding” provides the whole technological chain of shipping electrical production: engineering design, detail design, bench tests, participation in erection supervision works and commissioning, carrying out acceptance tests, service personnel training.
